Outcome over deliverable
We're measured on the metrics that move your business — ARR growth, hiring retention, enterprise value — not on the intermediate work products that supposedly lead there. A beautiful deck that changes nothing is a failure.
Our story
Laddr was built to answer one persistent problem: founders and leadership teams at fast‑growing companies spend more time coordinating vendors than building the business.
Why we exist
Every growing company reaches the same junction. You need senior people in seats, you need creative that actually converts, and you need the technology underneath both to keep up. So you hire a recruitment agency, a creative shop, a dev contractor and a marketing agency — and inherit four relationships, four invoices, four onboarding cycles and four versions of your own strategy.
Nobody owns the outcome. When a target is missed, each vendor can point at the other three and be technically correct. Context evaporates at every handoff. Three to five months disappear into RFP loops before a single thing ships.
Laddr was established in Canada to close that gap. We brought talent, creative and technology into one coordinated growth engine, run by one team with one shared brief — so the recruiter placing your VP of Engineering is in the same room as the architects she'll be working with, and the creative director shaping your brand story sits beside the engineer building the page it lands on.
The result is a single point of accountability, and a firm whose incentives are tied to your outcomes rather than to billable hours.
The Laddr manifesto
These aren't wall art. They're the rules we use to settle arguments about how an engagement should run.
We're measured on the metrics that move your business — ARR growth, hiring retention, enterprise value — not on the intermediate work products that supposedly lead there. A beautiful deck that changes nothing is a failure.
Cross‑functional teams work simultaneously, not in sequence. Recruiters sit with architects. Creative sits with the CRM engineers. Nothing waits in a queue for another vendor to finish first.
Direct access to the senior people doing the work — no account‑management layer, no vendor markup stacked on a subcontractor you never meet. You see what things cost and who is doing them.
Speed is only worth having if it compounds. We pair fast execution with clean architecture and documented institutional knowledge, so quarter four builds on quarter one instead of repairing it.
The brand
Laddr's identity is deliberately restrained: a monochromatic mark, one decisive blue, and a single orange full stop. It's designed to hold up wherever it lands — foil‑stamped on a card, powder‑coated on steel signage, or rendered at sixteen pixels on a phone home screen.
The ladder in the mark reads two ways: rungs to climb, and a pennant pointing forward. Both are the point.
Senior executive search and flexible project‑basis squads.
Cinema‑grade production and performance creative from one team.
Conversion‑focused platforms and the pipeline behind them.
All three deployed in parallel, under one Growth Principal.
